Poison Envy is a Master-tier mid lane playing five nights a week — unfiltered ranked, VOD teardowns, and one-on-one reviews for players who are done hard-stuck.
Nobody climbs out of a tier list. The work is in the four minutes of a game you have already played and never watched back.
Every session starts inside a game you actually lost. We find the three decisions that cost it and the pattern underneath them — not a checklist you will forget by Tuesday.
Hard-stuck is rarely a mechanics problem. You leave with a single measurable change to run for a week, and we check it against your next ten games.
Timestamped notes land in your inbox within 24 hours of every review, so the session is still useful three weeks later when the habit slips.
Start with a single replay. Most players find the pattern they have been losing to inside the first one.

Screen-share, voice, and your account. We queue, I talk, and you fix it in the game you are playing.

The full programme. Six sessions, a tracked goal, and someone who notices when you stop turning up.
The recording is half of it. The notes are the half you still have three weeks later when the habit slips back.
Four years of Gold. One session about wave state and I hit Plat in three weeks. He did not tell me to play better, he told me what I was actually doing.
The write-up is the thing. I have re-read the notes from my first review probably ten times and still find something in them.
Brutal in the way you want. No hand-holding, no filler. He found the same mistake in three different games and I have not made it since.
Ranked with the mic on. Viewer VODs on Tuesdays, community games on Fridays.

None. Roughly half the reviews booked are Gold and below. The lower the rank, the bigger the wins available — the mistakes are larger and easier to name.
Yes. Macro, wave state and decision-making transfer across every role, and those are what most reviews are about. If a session needs role-specific mechanics beyond mid, that is said up front rather than bluffed.
Book a slot and you get a form for your op.gg and the match ID. If you have a client recording, even better — upload a link and the review starts from the timestamp you flag.
First session, full refund, no argument. That has been taken up four times in three years and it is offered because it should almost never be needed.
